Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service experiences. You will be responsible for addressing client associates' inquiries, resolving issues related to transportation services, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Address and fulfill Client associates' inquiries in a polite and timely manner via phone calls, App text messaging, Chime, emails, and/or SIM TTs
  • Fulfill information requirements from Client's associates who approach the Transportation help desk for support and guidance
  • Engage with the transportation coordination and programming team as needed to resolve associates' service inquiries and collaborate with third-party vendors to provide adequate and timely troubleshooting support
  • Solve situations that may arise with routes or vendors to provide Client's associates with uninterrupted service
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed by the Client

Requirements:

We're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, organization abilities, and time management skills. You should also have experience working in a Customer Service, Call Center, or Corporate Office environment and possess verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with clients, customers, and vendors.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical or University degree or equivalent years of education and/or working experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with clients, customers, and vendors
  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete various tasks throughout the day
  • Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with upset customers
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently and equipped to solve problems along the way
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork and collaborative attitude to work as part of a team
  • Problem-solving ability
