At TransUnion, we're committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages growth and exploration. As a Release Train Engineer, you'll play a key role in facilitating Agile transformation activities and ensuring seamless execution of ART-wide and PI events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate planning and execution of ART-wide and PI events
  • Manage the implementation of reporting standards/KPIs across the ART
  • Active membership in the RTE Community of Practice

Requirements:

  • Scrum Master certification with 8+ years' experience
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Servant leader and strong communicator with strong facilitation and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Preferred:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and facilitating program increment (PI) planning readiness, program increment (PI) planning events, and program (PI) execution
  • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management facilitation for program, portfolio, or executive-level

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Jira
  • Experience with creating delivery metrics at team and ART levels to use for coaching/mentoring, retrospectives and for management awareness
