As a Customer Relationship Representative with Virtual Staffing LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our law firm clients by effectively qualifying and onboarding new prospects. This dynamic position involves managing client relationships, evaluating incoming claims and potential clients, and developing strategies to maximize client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and sign up potential clients through outbound and inbound calling efforts
  • Collaborate with attorneys to forward qualified clients and ensure seamless case progression
  • Request initial documents for cases and follow up with clients to ensure timely completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and retention
  • Utilize database management skills to track client interactions and update records as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in BPO or customer service roles
  • Excellent English proficiency (C1 or C2 level)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, critical thinking, and sales acumen
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling client information
