Job Description

This Supervisory role is part of our Client Accounts Receivable team. As a Supervisor, you will proactively establish and administer procedures, controls, and lead a staff of Accounts Receivable Specialists.

You will work within a team environment with account management, support operations, accounting, and finance to maintain healthy accounts receivable portfolios on behalf of MSTS' clients and minimize financial exposure.

  • Motivates and develops a team of Specialists by ensuring individual and team performance expectations are met
  • Collaborates with management to enforce and enhance department procedures, team priorities, and achieve departmental and corporate goals
  • Administers effective formal performance evaluations, performance coaching, and progressive discipline
  • Works directly with clients' merchants and end-user customers to maintain healthy accounts receivable, including occasional travel
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and conflict resolution/problem-solving skills
  • Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills along with a strong attention to detail
