Job Description

Pae Costa Rica seeks a talented individual to fill the position of Document Management Bilingüe, supporting projects across Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of our records.

Your primary duties will include:

  1. Capturing, classifying, and preserving information in compliance with IDB Invest's guidelines
  2. Managing various archival instruments and databases to maintain accurate and reliable records
  3. Guaranteeing the long-term preservation of records and making them accessible to users
  4. Identifying administrative processes and analyzing generated records to ensure proper categorization
  5. Coordinating with IT experts to maintain archival instruments and performing other assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Archival Science, Library Science, or Information Sciences
  • Proven experience in records management and administrative archives
  • Familiarity with electronic records, metadata, taxonomies, and archival principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese or French is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a dynamic environment

Work Environment

This role requires 1-2 years of working experience and offers full-time employment with Pae Costa Rica.
