Zm Financial Systems is seeking a talented Strategic Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Provide market insights and expert guidance to clients, positioning Zm Financial Systems as a trusted partner
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, leveraging this knowledge to drive sales success
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years' experience in direct business-to-business sales, preferably in financial services or professional services
• Proven track record of success in complex sales environments, with a focus on consultative selling techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact with senior executives both internally and externally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
