Citi's Enterprise Operations & Technology Chief Administrative Office (EO&T CAO) serves as the backbone of the organization, delivering value to our businesses, regulators, and stakeholders.

Within this office, several critical areas fall under our purview: Risk and Control, Quality Assurance, Transformation, Operations & Technology (O&T) Regulatory Standards, and Communication.

We're currently undergoing a significant transformation to modernize and simplify the bank, enhance client experiences, and make Citi a more attractive workplace.

The EO&T CAO is a hub for innovation, where you can gain insight into the company's overall vision and strategy while contributing directly to the organization's success.

As part of our Chief of Staff (CoS) team, the Corporate Communications Specialist will lead initiatives that support the EO&T CAO Head, fostering consistency and efficiency throughout the organization.

The key responsibilities will involve driving the communication agenda, overseeing high-profile learning and development projects, and promoting employee engagement.

**Chief Of Staff Communications Strategist - C12

This role requires you to not only develop engaging content but also continually improve the quality of our work products.

You'll have the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization and participate in numerous initiatives that shape the future of Citi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with senior stakeholders in different O&T groups to ensure seamless information sharing, reporting, alignment, and communication.
  • Create, manage, and execute a comprehensive communications strategy incorporating digital and social media platforms.
  • Develop presentation materials for Regulatory Meetings, EO&T CAO town halls, business reviews, and other senior-level meetings, including graphic design.
  • Coordinate meeting agendas, senior management visits to Citi sites, and schedule planning for these events.
  • Offer project management support and conduct research across various O&T initiatives.
  • Maintain internal websites and Sharepoint sites – oversee ongoing updates, provide guidance, and collaborate with intranet liaisons.
  • Analyze emerging trends in web and digital marketing, propose strategies to effectively implement approved communication channels.
  • Serve as a communications/engagement expert, advising partners within EO&T CAO to ensure all deliverables and initiatives meet Citi standards.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a related field, such as Marketing, Communications, Branding, Social Media, Public Relations, or Graphic Design.
  • Proficient in Advanced English.
  • Prior experience in the financial services sector preferred.

  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
  • Proven project management abilities to deliver quality results on time.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, showcasing the ability to craft engaging PowerPoint presentations and visually appealing materials like infographics and templates.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation, working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and resourcefulness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, energy, attention to detail, and enthusiasm.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree/University degree.
