As a **Program Manager**, you will play a crucial role in leading multiple complex client implementations of our Ascend product suite and other projects. Your expertise will be essential in driving project success and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage multiple complex client implementations from launch to completion, working closely with a project team spanning various departments.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, deliverables, communication plans, project status, and risks.
- Provide direction to the project team, tracking and managing project deliverables, risks, and escalations.
- Report project status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and open communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience and identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
- 10+ years of client-facing project management experience, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical matters into business-friendly terms.
