Job Summary:
This role is for an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record in technical program management to lead global Generative AI initiatives. As a Senior Program Director, you will be responsible for developing program roadmaps, collecting and analyzing information, documenting and tracking changes, communicating program changes and events, and acting as a liaison among internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develops program roadmap based on understanding of business objectives with the appropriate solutions to deliver business capabilities.
- Collects, analyzes and summarizes information on program and project phases, tasks, duration, resources and costs.
- Documents, obtains approval, and tracks all changes in program and project parameters.
- Communicates program and project changes and events to concerned parties.
- Acts as a liaison among internal and external clients, business unit functional areas and project development teams to ensure effective project coordination among participating groups.
Requirements:
We're looking for someone with 5+ years experience in technical program management, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and 2+ years experience in AI/ML space. You should have knowledge of project management methodology and tools, strong vendor management skills, and great communication, project management, and problem solving skills.
