- Develop and negotiate profitable pricing strategies, budgets, and estimates for professional services matters.
- Negotiate directly with clients or support partners in client conversations and negotiations.
- Collaborate with Business Development team and attorneys to develop pricing for RFP and pitch responses.
In addition to your pricing expertise, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Educate partners on best pricing and legal project management practices.
- Monitor performance of budgets, fee estimates, and alternative fee arrangements.
- Provide analysis, reporting, and recommendations in support of annual timekeeper rate setting and revenue planning process.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-4 years relevant experience preferably in a finance department (legal services a plus).
- T-SQL programming experience in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VBA.
