- Bachelor's degree, certification, or prior experience in project management, agile development, or computer science is desirable but not mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling the development of strong relationships with clients and colleagues are vital.
- Native-level proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication.
