Job Summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of global payroll projects, leveraging their expertise in project management, payroll systems, and international regulations.

The successful candidate will facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. They will also identify areas for process improvement, conduct risk assessments, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead project teams, motivating members to achieve goals and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
  • Analyze project risks, identifying mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external experts to resolve project-related issues.
  • Document lessons learned, best practices, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 (B6)/10 (B7) years of payroll experience with advanced HR, Finance, and/or IT experience.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale projects, with PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
