**How will you make an impact?
(Objective)**
Coordinates and implements the complete payroll process for all levels and its related information systems.
The employee must conduct their work activities in compliance with all Thermo Fisher internal requirements and with all applicable regulatory requirements (labor law, ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies, requirements and objectives)..
The role interaction requires good communication skills and judgement, tact and subtlety with internal and external customers in troubleshooting problems and communicating status.
Effectiveness in this role requires a thorough solid understanding of relevant payroll processes and systems, policies and procedures.
Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position.
Initiative and organisation skills are valuable to ensure the timely completion of a large volume of work, within short timelines.
**What will you do?
(Responsibilities)**
- Provides employee payroll services
- Performs the bi-monthly payroll process for non-exempt and exempt employees.
- Manages the HR information systems: Softland-Exactus performing changes and maintaining up to date the master data also Workday System.
- Process absence requests, work letters, salary letters.
- Maintains salary survey information for vendor reporting and supports salary analysis
- Generates the corresponding local, legal and corporate reports as needed: headcount, vacations and special permits.
- Liaise with HR to compile employee payroll data and ensure accurate maintenance of starters and leavers
- Process the variables payroll data and all payroll related documents (ie: timesheets, new employee forms, terminations, etc)
- Reviewing all payroll reports (pre and post payroll payments)
- Assist on and implement assigned HR projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Education, and Experience and Skills Required**:
- Bachelor' s degree in business administration (Accounting, Finance or Human Resources).
- 3 years of related experience in payroll.
- Knowledge and understanding of labor law.
**Hiring requirements**:

- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and work independently.
- Digital literacy: work with data processing.
Use MS Office.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to accurately perform detail oriented work.
- Proficient in English.
- Focus on accuracy, consistency and quality in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
