Your Role and Responsibilities

This role requires collaboration with a world-class technical support team. Key responsibilities include communicating effectively with clients, management, and colleagues, updating clients on situations, managing multiple complex scenarios, and acquiring in-depth technical product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in customer-facing roles
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of basic Operating Systems (e.g., UNIX or Linux)

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred)
  • C and UNIX/Linux shell scripting
  • AIX operating system expertise, including AIX (or UNIX/Linux) networking, file systems, security, and administration
  • Familiarity with common administration and debugging tools
  • Consideration given for existing knowledge of IP Security (IP) and IBM support tools and processes
