Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee the entire customer service lifecycle, from initial inquiries to post-sales support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of all issues.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Commercial Managers to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer service processes, driving continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations.
- Manage escalated customer issues, resolving complex inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in customer service leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer relations, order management, or contract administration within the energy sector or a similar industry.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (BPCS/SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
