**Straumann Group Career Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Trainer to join our team at Straumann Group. As an Operations Trainer, you will play a critical role in the execution and delivery of onboard training programs for customer service-focused teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with North America-based trainers to deliver content in support of operations teams.
  • Develop and implement world-class customer service training programs.
  • Oversee the overall training program for the Technical Support team.
  • Provide motivational and informative training presentations.
  • Manage classroom and online content, providing expert facilitation and scheduling logistics.
  • Assess learning and development needs, track learner satisfaction levels, and develop evaluation metrics.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, working with IT partners to expand knowledge and skills.
  • Guide teams to learn best practices for solving complex questions and support Straumann Group customers.
  • Provide data to management for coaching, training, and mentorship.

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Service Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Significant project management experience.
  • Demonstrated success coaching and mentoring, training facilitation, and curriculum development.
  • Technical experience with digital and surgical implantology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
