Job Role

We are currently seeking a seasoned Software Engineer Team Lead to lead our Development team. This individual will be responsible for spearheading the design and implementation of new software architectures, mentoring junior engineers, and overseeing the quality of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new software architectures
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Oversee the quality of our products
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Expertise in Automation Architecture
  • Proficiency in programming languages: Java, C#/.NET
  • Familiarity with RDBMS Queries: Oracle, SQL
  • Experience with Visual Studio, SOAP UI, Selenium, Coded UI, Fla UI, Jmeter, TFS, IBM ClearQuest, ClearCase
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Software Systems
  • Ability to supervise a team of testers
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2+ level)
