**About the Role**: The position of Customer Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in Tebra Services' success. As the go-to digital marketing expert for our CSM team and customers, your contributions will significantly impact customer satisfaction scores, effective marketing campaign management, service churn reduction, and team collaboration.

**Your Area of Focus**:

The face of Tebra's Services department and the expert for our digital marketing services, you'll work closely with our Customer Success team to manage up to 300 accounts, build relationships, and facilitate cross-selling add-on services based on customer needs. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts and projects with the delivery team to ensure timely and effective handling of customer requests, assisting Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in closing sales opportunities, onboarding, launching services, providing exceptional customer service, and handling inbound requests and feedback.

You will develop digital marketing strategies and operations at scale across various channels such as social media, blogs, and Google advertising for our customers. It is essential to learn about Tebra's digital marketing solutions to become proficient in recommending and project managing these solutions to private practices. You will also project manage the execution of campaigns with the delivery teams to ensure effective campaign execution for our customers, relay performance trends and optimization tactics to the delivery team and CSMs, and analyze and communicate performance results throughout the customer lifecycle.
