Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • Experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field (preferred);
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • A strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles;
  • Exceptional math skills;
  • Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office;
  • The ability to analyze large amounts of data and attention to detail;
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
