Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive financial reports to communicate results of analysis and key insights to stakeholders
  • Modify and improve our financial analysis software to enhance analysis and process efficiency
  • Analyze financial results, identifying underlying drivers and forecasting business operations
  • Diagnose trends and communicate findings to inform timely business decisions
  • Support day-to-day reporting and analytic requests with accurate and timely information
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure high-quality financial results and assist in year-end audits

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in financial analysis or business systems
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Science (with a focus on Finance)
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Customer focus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • A drive to overcome barriers and achieve goals
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Administration experience with FP&A tools (Hyperion, OneStream, Vena)
  • Significant experience with BI reporting tools
