We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Systems Specialist to join our team at Te Connectivity. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining one or more accounting systems, including journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries/business units. You will work closely with the O2C Process Delivery Supervisor and be a member of O2C teams focused on Cash Application, Client Credit Management, Dispute Management, and Collections.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement accounting systems to meet business needs and comply with GAAP policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain process documentation (process maps and work instructions) to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Analyze system data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve system issues and ensure smooth operations.
