About the RoleThis Senior Art Director position requires a highly skilled and creative individual who can develop and execute strong digital and social graphic design concepts. Working closely with our VP, Creative, Copy Writers, Merchants, Buyers, Marketing Teams, and other Creative Team members, you will bring innovative ideas to life that support our initiatives and goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent visual problem-solving skills, be able to adapt to shifting priorities, and align activities to meet organizational objectives. Strong leadership skills, proactive thinking, and the ability to work with all levels of the organization are also essential.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute digital and social graphic design concepts that support our brand initiatives and goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling stories through graphics, animation, video, and illustration photography.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to create high-quality visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain and grow our brand's creative vision, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or Fine Arts.
- 5+ years of experience in retail or marketing graphics, with a strong focus on digital design.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Intermediate knowledge of Workfront and understanding of web design.
- Beginner-level knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required, with the ability to read, speak, and write fluently.
