About the Role
This role involves working closely with functional support teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop technical solutions. The Collections Analyst is responsible for overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of these solutions, ensuring they meet defined requirements and are accurately represented to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive process improvement by identifying areas where technical solutions and automation would improve business performance
- Collaborate with functional support teams to assist with problem resolution and meeting deadlines
- Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions
- Determine whether technical solutions meet defined requirements
- Ensure accurate representation of expertise prior to the distribution of technical solutions to end-users
- Document processes and disseminate information to all relevant stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- An advanced student in accounting or a related field (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering)
- Strong computer skills including MS Office (Excel) and Adobe Reader, banking portals, and other ERP systems
- Analytic, communicative, problem-solving as well as negotiation skills
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes including account reconciliation, EDI transmissions, portals management
- Escalations management experience
- A minimum of 4/5 years in an accounts receivable role
- Experience in a business service center is a must
- English level C1
- Power Bi Medium Level
- Project management
- Lean Sigma knowledge preferred
