We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team in Costa Rica. This individual will be responsible for supporting our growing employee population and collaborating with teams across the organization to drive business outcomes.
The Role Overview
- Provide HR expertise and guidance to employees and managers across the organization, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and PBP, to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documenting key activities.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to promote HR initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with strong writing and presentation skills.
