We are seeking a highly skilled Impact and Structure Expert to join our team. As an expert in organizational development, you will be responsible for evaluating scenarios, proposing institutional solutions, and ensuring smooth communication with project parties.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Evaluate different scenarios to propose concerted institutional solutions.
  • Diagnose institutional change and improvement opportunities, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and interested parties.
  • Develop and validate tools for surveying organizational impacts related to financial and human resources system implementation.
  • Survey impacts and areas impacted by system implementation, and define proposals for closing gaps in organizational structure.
  • Participate in meetings established under project governance models.

**Requirements:**

  • Professional degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience in designing organizational structures derived from digital transformation processes.
  • Experience in at least one project related to organizational structure design for financial and human resources administration.
  • Demonstrated experience as a leader in organizational restructuring in government sector institutions with union representation and pressure groups.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
