Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Analyst Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical analysis and problem-solving skills, with excellent experience in distributed processing, AIX, UNIX, and Linux concepts.
This role involves monitoring system resources, communicating with the Operations Center, performing monitoring and troubleshooting of file transfers, and managing secure file transfer definitions in Axway Secure Transport.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor system resources and communicate with the Operations Center to maximize throughput
- Perform monitoring and troubleshooting of file transfers, regardless of platform or method used
- Consult with internal and external customers on file transfer strategies, methods, and testing to configure and troubleshoot file transfers
- Manage secure file transfer definitions in Axway Secure Transport to securely deliver files to intended destinations
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5-7 years of related computer and technical analysis experience
- Excellent experience and knowledge of distributed processing, AIX, UNIX, and Linux concepts
- Experience working with Cloud and AWS environments
- Good knowledge of OS/JCL, TSO/ISPF, IBM Mainframe Utilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management skills and deadline-oriented
