About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to lead our Helpdesk team and drive exceptional customer service delivery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our Helpdesk members, ensuring they deliver excellent support to our clients.
">Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the Helpdesk team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client queries.">
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Helpdesk processes, enhance productivity, and ensure seamless integration with other teams.">
- Collaborate with the System Administration Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.">
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">Educational Background
">A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a Post-Secondary education in a related IT field being preferred.
">Experience
">You will need a minimum of 1 year experience in an Information Technology role within an organization, with previous supervisory experience and proven expertise in IT infrastructure planning and development.
">Skills and Qualifications
">The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of Compute, Network, Security, Hardware, Software, and Virtual Environments, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
