Job Summary:
This is a full-time, permanent, back-office position based in Costa Rica and does not offer relocation benefits. Job applicants must be located and legally authorized to work in Costa Rica in order to be eligible for consideration.
As a Senior Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and removing restricted products from the website, escalating unsafe products to protect customers, and proactively satisfying Amazon's regulatory obligations for these products.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Back-Office corporate environments, a high school diploma, and B2 English proficiency or higher.
