**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Compliance Specialist to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Global Payroll Risk Manager to work with our Global Payroll Compliance Manager to create tools, assess metrics data and write reports on the current and identified activities and risk areas we monitor.
Your Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders and Project teams to ensure Payroll Compliance is established for new countries/companies onboarded from day 1.
- Manage audit activities with regulators and coordinating internal stakeholders.
- Discover and identify new areas of risk, and potential Non Compliance and manage to resolution and full Compliance.
- Review internal and external audit reports providing remediation plans and working with stakeholders to close identified risks and issues.
Requirements
Previous Payroll Compliance management experience across multiple geographies; Experience within a control or audit environment; Additional language skills; Project management experience.
