Responsibilities- Manage the workflow and escalation management processes for a team of Regional Center Coordinators and Leads.
- Ensure that services are delivered to sites in a timely and defect-free manner - monitor against service level agreements.
- Provide site leaders with insights into day-to-day Regional Center operations.
- Partner directly with site and regional leaders to address one-offs and/or process breakdowns.
- Master's degree in process or Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources Management.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt certification.
- PMP certification.
- Intermediate/advanced Portuguese proficiency (B2+ level or higher).
