Job Overview
We seek an experienced Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the development of high-performance, visually stunning platforms that disrupt industries like healthcare, finance, and commerce.

Your Responsibilities
- Mentor and Guide Engineers: Mentor and guide engineers to deliver innovative, high-quality end-to-end solutions that align with both product goals and technical standards.
- Build Scalable Backend Systems: Design and implement secure, efficient, and modular backend architectures that are built to scale — whether for high-concurrency APIs, data pipelines, or enterprise-grade platforms.
- Architect with Purpose: Set and evolve backend architecture direction, including service design, API strategy, cloud infrastructure, and performance optimization.
- Champion Engineering Best Practices: Drive adoption of clean code standards, testing strategies, and scalable design patterns across teams.
- Leverage AI-Powered Development: Use AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar to boost development speed, automate repetitive tasks, and maintain code quality at scale.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, frontend teams, and QA to deliver full-feature solutions that perform reliably in production.
- Solve Critical Problems: Actively troubleshoot and resolve high-impact technical challenges, contributing hands-on when needed.
- Promote DevOps Excellence: Guide CI/CD implementation, cloud deployments, infrastructure automation, and observability standards.
- Drive Technical Strategy: Participate in setting long-term engineering vision, evaluating new technologies, and influencing product evolution.
Requirements
- Proven Expertise: 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
- Backend Mastery: Deep understanding of backend system design, API development, databases (relational and NoSQL), and performance optimization.
- Scalable Architecture Experience: Proven ability to design and implement systems that scale — microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, etc.
- Tech-Agnostic Mindset: Comfortable evaluating and working across multiple stacks or transitioning between them when needed.
- Cloud & DevOps Awareness: Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Ai-Enhanced Workflow: Experience using AI tools is a must like Cursor, Copilot, or similar as part of your development workflow.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Track record of leading and mentoring engineers, conducting design reviews, and fostering team alignment and delivery.
- A Background in Ai, machine learning, or data-driven applications.
