In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, products among others.
You will also assist TMR's with inquiries related to the contracted retailers, comply with process KPIs, and complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, products among others
- Assist TMR's with inquiries related to the contracted retailers
- Comply with the process KPIs

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of analyst experience or related
- Experience working under pressure
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook)
