As a key member of our Finance team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide strategic support and insights that inform business decisions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and scenario analyses to inform commercial business decisions.
- Participate in monthly forecasting and closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Establish and sustain strong business partnering relationships across Revenue Growth Management, Operations, and Trade functions.
- Lead trade analytics initiatives to optimize trade investments and develop recommendations for trade optimization.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area.
- Strong knowledge of finance and analytics, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and financial responsibility, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-financial stakeholders.
- High proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area.
