This is a key position within our organization, requiring a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of finance and program management. The successful candidate will have 6-10 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and oversight to cross-functional teams, leveraging your technical expertise to inform business decisions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree being preferred. PMP certification is also desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives across Finance and Risk
- Develop and manage technology portfolio budgets in collaboration with GFTS
- Oversee project support and communications across Finance and Risk
- Manage end-to-end program tracking, reporting, and implementation processes
- Collaborate on the implementation of common data and data standards, common processes, and integrated technology platforms
- Ensure consistency in reporting infrastructure across Citi businesses and global functions within Finance and Risk
