We're seeking an Enterprise Technical Advocate to join our Customer Experience & Success organization. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business outcomes.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our Enterprise customers. This includes investigating and resolving complex issues related to Microsoft software products, as well as communicating effectively with customers via various channels. You'll work closely with other engineers and teams to develop efficient solutions and share knowledge across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft software products
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Collaborate with other engineers and teams to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to improve overall technical expertise
  • Participate in regular technical triage meetings to share knowledge and drive efficient solutions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical support or technical consulting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers and Microsoft software products preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
