As an Accounts Receivables and Collections Analyst, you'll be responsible for collecting cash from a subset of our trade receivables portfolio and managing relationships with our customers' Accounts Payable departments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
• Collecting cash from our customers within established deadlines
• Resolving discrepancies and reconciling invoices to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure contract terms are met
• Identifying and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on cash management and collections
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Advanced English language skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP and S/4Hana
• Experience with Power BI and UiPath
• Process implementation and software collections experience
