We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our Screening Services team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Associates and Specialists, driving business initiatives, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business objectives
- Manage Background Check program support, including adjudication and employee screening services for US and Canada Transportation Programs
- Identify customer impacting issues and implement process improvements to increase customer satisfaction
- Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Assist in developing and implementing training programs to improve team quality and productivity
You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong project management skills and experience working with MS Office are also essential.
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, is highly desirable.
