**Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ingram Micro.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide operational support to our sales teams, vendor partners, and customers by ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and pricing queries.

- Enter and process sales orders and renewals accurately and efficiently.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries, address support issues, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Utilize MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, to manage data, communicate effectively, and maintain records.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

- Recent experience working with MS Office Suite and database management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- High School diploma or equivalent required; secondary degree preferred.
