Technical Advisory Specialist

We're looking for a Technical Advisory Specialist to join our Customer Experience and Success organization. This role will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and address areas for improvement in our support processes.
- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- 4+ years in system development, network operations, or software engineering.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
