**Join the Finance Team at BAT**
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to support our Finance function in Heredia, Costa Rica.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process invoices into SAP and provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external customers.
- Liaise with relevant parties to resolve critical issues preventing invoices from being processed.
- Maintain documentation to support Accounts Payable transactions and facilitate efficient review and audit of books and records.
- Comply with all internal control procedures and recommend operational improvements for greater efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements**
- Student or graduated in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a finance function in a matrixed international company.
- Intermediate to Advanced English Level.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel.
- Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
