Marketing Team Member
We're spreading smiles and positivity all over the country, and we need your help As a Paid Search Coordinator, you'll be responsible for developing strategies in conjunction with other marketing efforts while owning paid search tactical execution. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, has multitasking capabilities, and can think outside the box.

Your Key Tasks
- Own and execute paid search campaigns across multiple lines of business.
- Review daily campaign pacing and results, actively optimizing performance.
- Develop PPC strategy in conjunction with other media channels.
- Keyword research, optimization, and bidding algorithm tweaks.

Our Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with 2-3 years of hands-on paid search experience at the Enterprise level. Proficiency in Google Adwords, Bing Ads, and Yahoo Gemini platforms is essential. Strong Excel skills, including formulas (VLookUp, IF, etc.) and pivot tables, are required. Comprehension of online business marketing metrics, such as impressions, clicks, click-through rate, conversions, CPC, and Cost per Acquisition, is also necessary.
