About the Role

At E2E Technology Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled VoIP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of VoIP related protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, UDP, SIP Trunks, and PRI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering-level support to our customers for troubles involving VoIP and HPBX services.
  • Troubleshoot network issues related to VOIP technologies in collaboration with our Network team.
  • Lead troubleshooting calls and conference bridges with customers to resolve complex issues.
  • Capture, analyze, and troubleshoot SIP header detail with knowledge of how to configure SBC's for header manipulation.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair actions on our managed routers and firewalls.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in Operations support environment.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience on troubleshooting VOIP issues.
  • Advance knowledge of SIP headers and messaging.
  • Advance working knowledge of VoIP protocols, including SIP, SIP TRUNK, and MGCP.
