You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including process owners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve exceptional quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key qualifications include:
- At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in digital payments and/or cards-related areas.
- Deep understanding of operations, dispute management, and collections processes within financial services.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and effective communication between business and IT teams.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to interact with all levels of management.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or equivalent skills is preferred. Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, writing, and listening skills (B2+) is necessary.
