**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in business analytics, operations research, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • B2 English language proficiency.
