">This position comes with an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
">Job Responsibilities
">As a Craftsmanship Specialist, you will be responsible for reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
">You will follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
">Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
">You will also speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
">You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
">A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and relevant experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
