About You:

You should have:
- A higher education in HR or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager
- Excellent knowledge of Costa Rica/LATAM and local labor law
- Experience in HR processes and recruitment
- Fluency in English
