About the Position
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex projects/programs from design and development to production.
- Ensure timely completion and maintain the highest standard of quality.
- Interact with clients for requirement gathering and analysis.
- Estimate effort and costs accurately.
- Develop detailed project plans, time and date estimates, and schedules for delivery, goals, and milestones.
- Collaborate with the team to adapt Company MARS Migration tools for each customer.
- Require experience as a solutions architect, enterprise architect, or in an architect consulting delivery role.
- Expertise in analyzing scope of work, project sequencing, resource planning, team management, time estimation, conflict resolution, scheduling meetings, cost estimation, and risk management.
- Proactive identification and mitigation of risks.
- Risk management and contingency planning.
- Ability to communicate technical information to senior business decision makers.
- Effective project monitoring and control, ensuring adherence to timelines set.
- Regular project status reporting to stakeholders.
- Client relationship management and expectation setting.
- Contractual term adherence.
- Project performance measurement and team evaluation.
- Comprehensive project documentation creation and maintenance.
- Pre-sales support.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in Project Management with international client and technical teams.
- Experience in Enterprise Content Management Products.
- Balanced technical, interpersonal, and conceptual skills for situation analysis and decision-making.
- Delivery in short tenures with prioritization and execution.
- Client relationship management, project coordination, and delivery management in onsite-offshore models.
- Team leadership, motivation, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
- Efficient project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- CMMi SDLC process knowledge is essential.
- Prince2, PMP, or SCRUM Master Certification is mandatory.
- Mainframe/Java/.net/c/C++/Linux Skills are required.
