Job Overview
The IT Help Desk Support associate plays a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between our team and clients. We're looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills and technical expertise to join our dynamic team.
Key Duties
- Manage the help desk for third-party consultants, overseeing major roll-outs to our network.
- Offer user support across all time zones, leveraging expertise in Office 365, Office Products, Fuze, Video Conferencing, and Service Engine.
- Develop troubleshooting guides for unique situations to share best practices with colleagues.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with Windows and MAC operating systems.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Office Suite 2007-2016.
- Mobile device support expertise.
- Knowledge of application configuration and administration in a Microsoft environment.
- Salesforce Administration skills.
