Customer Experience Leader

This pivotal position, the Customer Delivery Manager, plays a key client-facing role as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and production teams. Focused on efficient campaign execution and timeline management, the CDM reports to the Manager of Customer Delivery Management.
This Position of Trust governs Costa Rican legislation and involves translating customer needs into actionable setup requirements for Catalina's proprietary platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring seamless end-to-end campaign management and communication
- Collaborating with Creative Services to secure design elements and handle customer requests
- Fostering efficient cross-functional communication among Business Consultants, Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Ad Ops, and other relevant teams
- Providing expert-level knowledge and proficiency on behalf of Catalina, covering all designated accounts and relevant channels
- Taking ownership of creating and delivering recommendations to enhance the value stream process
