**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Specialist to join our team in Arenilla, Cartago, Costa Rica. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting product transfer, maintaining project activities on-site, and coordinating with international teams across various departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support product transfer with international teams from different departments
- Maintain project activities on-site in close collaboration with project management department
- Coordinate technical process or technology transfer and scale-up in production area during ramp-up
- Interface between different departments, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation
- Develop and maintain transfer guidelines and supporting documents
- Collaborate with quality department to ensure alignment with quality requirements
- Coordinate container deliveries with import/export department
- Support planning tasks for operational business
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- First-hand experience in production, quality management, and/or project management (desired)
- Excellent MS-Office skills and proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- High level of self-motivation, communication skills, and assertiveness
- Intercultural and social competence, with ability to work in a team
- Solution-oriented analytical thinking and working ability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong planning and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in medical device industry or master's degree in medical devices (desired)
